Add Root button enables you to add root, the highest level of the hierarchy for a specific skill.

Steps:

  1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Settings.

  2. Open appropriate Business Unit to which you want to add skills.

  3. On the Settings docked split container, in the Dispatch Settings node, click Skills and Cert Master.

  4. In the workspace, click Skills Master tab.

  5. Enter appropriate details in Skill Value and Skill Text fields, set appropriate language in Language drop down and check Activate check box.

  6. Click Add Root button. Root is created.
