Delete

Delete button enables you to delete an existing skill from the skill hierarchy structure.
Note: You
cannot delete parent skill until all its child skills are removed.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Settings.
Open appropriate Business Unit in which you want to delete skill.
On the Settings docked split container, in the Dispatch Settings node, click Skills and Cert Master.
In the workspace, click Skills Master tab.
Select appropriate skill that you want to delete.
Click Delete button. Child skill is created.
