Add Configuration Item button enables you to add new configuration item in the business unit.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Settings.
Open appropriate Business Unit to which you want to add Configuration Item.
On the Settings docked split container, in the General Settings node, click Configuration Items.
On the ribbon bar, in the Configuration Items group, click Add Configuration Item button. Edit Configuration Item dialog box appears.
Enter appropriate details in all the fields.
Click Save and Close.
