Delete Configuration Item

Delete Configuration Item button enables you to delete existing configuration item from the business unit.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Settings.

2. Open appropriate Business Unit from which you want to delete Configuration Item.

3. On the Settings docked split container, in the General Settings node, click Configuration Items.

4. In the grid, select the configuration item that you want to delete.

5. On the ribbon bar, in the Configuration Items group, click Delete Configuration Item button. Delete warning message box appears.

6. Click OK.
