Edit Configuration Item

Edit Configuration Item button enables you to edit specific configuration item in the business unit.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Settings.

2. Open appropriate Business Unit in which you want to edit the Configuration Items.

3. On the Settings docked split container, in the General Settings node, click Configuration Items.

4. In the workspace, click the hyperlink of the status code that you want to edit.

OR

1. From the grid, select the configuration item that you want to edit.

2. On the ribbon bar, in the Configuration Items group, click Edit Configuration Item button.

5. Edit Configuration Item dialog box appears. Edit necessary information in all the fields.

6. Click Save and Close.
