Add Timeslot Group Definition

Add Timeslot Group Definition button enables you to add Timeslot Group Definition to the Business Unit.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Settings.

2. Open appropriate Business Unit to which you want to add Timeslot Group Definition.

3. On the Settings docked split container, in the General Settings node, click General Settings.

4. In the workspace, click Timeslot Groups tab.

5. On the ribbon bar, in the Timeslot Groups group, click Add Timeslot Group Definition button. Timeslot Groups dialog box appears.

6. Enter appropriate details in all the fields.

7. Click Save and Close.
