Delete Timeslot Group Definition

Delete Timeslot Group Definition button enables you to delete an existing Timeslot Group Definition from the Business Unit.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Settings.

2. Open appropriate Business Unit from which you want to delete Timeslot Group Definition.

3. On the Settings docked split container, in the General Settings node, click General Settings.

4. In the workspace, click Timeslot Groups tab and select the group that you want to delete.

5. On the ribbon bar, in the Timeslot Groups group, click Delete Timeslot Group Definition button. Delete Confirmation message box appears.

6. Click OK.
