Open Timeslot Group Definition

Open Timeslot Group Definition button enables you to open specific Timeslot Group Definition from the grid.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Settings.

2. Open appropriate Business Unit in which you want to open the Working Hours Template.

3. On the Settings docked split container, in the General Settings node, click General Settings.

4. In the workspace, click Timeslot Groups tab.

5. In the grid, click the hyperlink of appropriate Timeslot Group Name. The Timeslot Group Definition opens.

OR

1. Select the timeslot group that you want to open.

2. On the ribbon bar, in the Timeslot Groups group, click Open Timeslot Group Definition button. The Timeslot Group Definition opens.
