Cancel WorkOrder dialog box

Cancel WorkOrder dialog box enables you to cancel a specific work order that is not assigned to any technician.

• Resolution Code

  Steps:

  1. On the Cancel WorkOrder dialog box, click Resolution Code drop down menu.

  2. Select appropriate code that caused to close the work order.

• Status

  Steps:

  1. On the Cancel WorkOrder dialog box, click Status drop down menu.

  2. Select appropriate status to describes the present status of the work order.

• Cancel Work Order Notes

  Enter appropriate details that describe about closing the present work order.
