Delete Article

Delete Article enables you to delete an existing article.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Articles.

2. On the adhoc row, filter search results to identify appropriate record.

3. Open the article that you want to delete.

4. On the ribbon bar, in the Actions group, click Delete Article button.
