Delete Slack Setting

Delete Slack Setting button enables you to delete an existing Slack Setting from the Business Unit.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Settings.

2. Open appropriate Business Unit from which you want to delete the Slack Setting.

3. On the Settings docked split container, in the Dispatch Settings node, click Dispatch Settings.

4. In the workspace, click Slack Settings tab.

5. Select the Slack Setting record that you want to delete.

6. On the ribbon bar, in the Actions group, click Delete Slack Setting button. Delete Confirmation message box appears.

7. Click OK.
