Fulfill Onsite button enables you to know if the technician reached the site within the specified time frame in order to resolve the issue.
To update, on the ribbon bar, in the SLA group, click Fulfill Onsite button.
When a work order is created and assigned, Fulfill
Onsite button is , indicating that there
is still time available in order to reach the site.
When a technician does not update Fulfill
Onsite button, the button changes from to

indicating that the time specified to reach the site is over, but
is not yet updated.
When a technician reaches the site within the specified time,
