Open a Case that is Assigned to You

If you want to know the Work Orders that are assigned to you, you can always find a list of all of them in My Work Orders node. Here, you can view the list of all the Work Orders for which you are the owner.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Work Orders expander, click My Work Orders.

2. In the workspace, you can view the list of all the Work Order records for which you are the owner. Use Adhoc Row or Tool bar to identify the case that you want to open.

3. Click ID hyperlink of the record

OR

 Double-click the record

OR

Select the record and in the tool bar, click Open Object button. The Work Order opens.
