Open Specific Open Work Order

If you want to know the Work Orders that are in Open condition, or if you want to open a specific Work Order that is open, you can find it from Open Work Orders node. Here, you can view the list of all the Open Work Orders from the complete Business Unit Organization Hierarchy.

An Open Work Order can have following conditions:

Open

Open-Dispatch

Open-Reject

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Work Orders expander, click Open Work Orders.

2. In the workspace, you can filter the search results using Tool bar or Adhoc Row.

3. Identify appropriate record from the search results and double-click to open it.
