Open Slack Setting

Open Slack Setting button enables you to open specific Slack Setting record from the grid.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Settings.

2. Open appropriate Business Unit in which you want to open the Slack Setting record.

3. On the Settings docked split container, in the Dispatch Settings node, click Dispatch Settings.

4. In the workspace, click Slack Settings tab.

5. In the grid, click the hyperlink of appropriate Slack Setting record. The Slack Setting opens.

OR

1. Select the Slack Setting record that you want to open.

2. On the ribbon bar, in the Actions group, click Open Slack Setting button. The Slack Setting opens.
