Open a Site

Open Site from Quick Access Tool bar

1. On the Quick Access Tool bar (appears on the left hand side of 'Title bar' of the application), click Open Object button.

2. On the Open Object dialog box, from the Object drop down, select Site.

3. In the ID field, enter the ID of the Site that you want to open.

4. Click Open.

Open Site from System Menu

1. On the System Menu (appears on the left hand side of 'Quick Access Tool bar'), point to Open Item and then click Open Site.

2. On the Open Object dialog box, from the Object drop down, select Site.

3. In the ID field, enter the ID of the Site that you want to open.

4. Click Open.

Open Site from Sites node

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration node, click Sites.

2. In the work space, you can make use of Adhoc Row or Tool bar to filter the search results and identify the Site that you want to open.

3. Click the ID hyperlink of appropriate record OR double-click the record and the Site opens.
