Open Queue button enables you to open specific queue from the grid.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the Administration expander, click
Settings.
Open appropriate Business Unit in which you want to open the queue.
On the Settings
docked split container, in the General Settings
node, click
Queues.
In the grid, click the hyperlink of appropriate Queue. The queue opens.
OR
Select the queue that you want to open.
On the ribbon bar, in the
Actions group, click Open Queue button. The queue opens.
