A Queue is a tool you use to organize cases, solutions, change requests, or other tasks that are new or open in the system. These tasks are called "queueable objects" in GoServicePro Application, because they are capable of being assigned to queues. It is from queues that you select the tasks you will accept or which you will assume ownership.
Usually, the person who takes a call from a customer creates a task and places it in a queue for other users to work with. Only users with employee accounts can read from and write to queues.
