Add Queue button enables you to create a new Queue in the Business Unit.
Note: By
default, the user who creates the Queue becomes the supervisor. However,
you can still unassign the role yourself, provided you set at least
one user as supervisor for the Queue.
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the Administration expander, click
Settings.
Open appropriate Business Unit in which you want to create a new Queue.
On the Settings
docked split container, in the General Settings
node, click
Queues.
On the ribbon bar, in the Actions
group, click Add Queue button.
Open Queue dialog box appears.
Enter appropriate details in all the fields.
Click Save and Close.
