Add Queue button enables you to create a new Queue in the Business Unit.

image5.jpg Note: By default, the user who creates the Queue becomes the supervisor. However, you can still unassign the role yourself, provided you set at least one user as supervisor for the Queue.

Steps:
  1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the image1810.gifAdministration expander, click image1868.gifSettings.

  2. Open appropriate Business Unit in which you want to create a new Queue.

  3. On the image1868.gifSettings docked split container, in the General Settings node, click image1869.gifQueues.

  4. On the ribbon bar, in the Actions group, click image1863.gifAdd Queue button. Open Queue dialog box appears.

  5. Enter appropriate details in all the fields.

  6. Click Save and Close.
