Delete Queue button enables you to delete an existing Queue from the Business Unit.
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the Administration expander, click
Settings.
Open appropriate Business Unit from which you want to delete the Queue.
On the Settings
docked split container, in the General Settings
node, click
Queues.
Select the Queue that you want to delete.
On the ribbon bar, in the Actions
group, click Delete Queue
button. Delete Confirmation message box appears.
Click OK.
