Delete Queue button enables you to delete an existing Queue from the Business Unit.

Steps:
  1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the image1810.gifAdministration expander, click image1868.gifSettings.

  2. Open appropriate Business Unit from which you want to delete the Queue.

  3. On the image1868.gifSettings docked split container, in the General Settings node, click image1869.gifQueues.

  4. Select the Queue that you want to delete.

  5. On the ribbon bar, in the Actions group, click image1871.gifDelete Queue button. Delete Confirmation message box appears.

  6. Click OK.
