New Site

New Site button enables you to create a new site.

Steps:

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Sites.

1. Click the hyperlink of any record to open a site.

2. On the ribbon bar, in the Actions group, click New Site button.

OR

1. On the Service Workspace accordion, in the Administration expander, click Sites.

2. On the tool bar, click New Icon button

2. In the workspace, enter appropriate information in all the fields of all the tabs.

3. Under General tab, in the Type field, click drop down and select the type of site that you want to create. (This way you create Customer or Internal or Vendor Site)

4. On the ribbon bar, in the Actions group, click Save.
