Target forms are the standard forms that are hyperlinked to a specific primary form. When you click the hyperlink present in a report, the link opens appropriate form that displays related information. The form that it opens is based on the target form to which it is defined.

Enables you to define a target form that can be opened from the primary form. For instance, the "Queue" form can open the "Case", and "Work Order" forms.
Steps:
On the Report Settings dialog box, in the tab bar,
click Target Forms.
On the tool bar, click Add Form.
In the target form enter appropriate information in all the fields and drop downs.
Click Save and Close.
Enables you to delete the target form.
Steps:
On the Report Settings dialog box, in the tab bar,
click Target Forms.
In the grid, select the target form that you want to delete
On the tool bar, click Remove Form.
Click Save and Close.
Enables you to open the target form.
Steps:
On the Report Settings dialog box, in the tab bar,
click Target Forms.
In the grid, select the target form that you want to open.
On the tool bar, click Open.
