Site Assets are mostly associated to Cases, Work Orders, Sub Cases and Sites.
Context Menu appears in the Site Assets list of all these four work items in the application.
Steps:
For any of the four items in the application (Cases/ Work Orders/ Sub Cases/ Sites), on the docked split container, in the Details node, click Site Assets.
In the grid area, select any site asset and right-click. Context Menu appears.
Steps:
From the Site Assets list, identify and select the Site Asset under which you want to install new part.
Log Parts Used dialog box appears. Enter appropriate information in all the fields. Observe that the new part is added to the list.
Click Save and Close.
Steps:
From the Site Assets list, identify and select the Site Asset that you want to uninstall.
Log Parts Used dialog box appears. Enter appropriate information in all the fields. Observe that the uninstalled part is removed from the list.
Click Save and Close.
Steps:
From the Site Assets list, identify and select the Site Asset that you want to exchange.
Log Parts Used dialog box appears. Enter appropriate information in all the fields. Observe that the old part is removed and new part is added to the list.
Click Save and Close.
