Queues are an integral part of the workflow embedded in GoServicePro. A Queue is a list of work items like work orders or cases that are logically grouped. The Field Engineers who are assigned to a specific Queue can access all the items from the Queue.

Queues tab displays list of all the queues available in the business unit.
