Search Inventory button enables you to view the list of all the locations (Inventories) of a specific site (Warehouse). The information of every location is displayed in summarized or detailed view. The detailed view includes serial number of the part along with its associated bin and location details.

Steps:

  1. Check Summary View check box to view summarized details OR check Detail View check box to view detailed information that includes serial numbers as well.

  2. Click image420.gif Clear  button to clear the fields. Clear all the fields to view all the available inventories in the complete Business Organization Hierarchy Structure.

  3. Click image294.gif Search button to search for appropriate details from the list in lookup forms.

  4. Enter appropriate details in all the fields and the grid displays results based on the search criteria.
