Receive new refers to receiving a new part to the selected location from a different location of any warehouse.
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the 
Administration expander, click 
Warehouses.
Open appropriate warehouse record.
On the Site docked split container, in the Inventory node, click appropriate inventory sub-node from the inventory hierarchy.
On the ribbon bar, in the Actions group, click Receive New button. Adjust Inventory dialog box appears.
Search, select and enter appropriate details in all the fields.
Click Save and Close.
