Order Parts FE dialog box

Order Parts dialog box enables you to add one or more parts to a part order and remove a part from a part order.

Order Parts tool bar:

Add Part enables you to add one or more parts (line items) to a part order.

Remove Part enables you to remove one or more parts from a part order.

Submit Part enables you to save the Part Order.

Steps:

1. On the dialog box, select appropriate options from all the drop down lists. Based on Destination Location, the Address field changes accordingly.

2. Select appropriate Category Code.

3. On the tool bar, you can add or remove part.

   1. On the dialog box, in the grid area, identify and select the part that you want to remove.

   2. On the tool bar, click Remove Part.

   You can remove only one part at a time.

    

   1. On the dialog box, in the tool bar, click Add Part. Lookup Part select box appears.

   2. Identify and select appropriate that you want to add to the Part Order. Hold ctrl key and select multiple parts to add multiple parts at a time.

   3. Click Save and Close.

4. Click Submit Order OR Save and Close.
