Work Order Templates enable you to create
templates in order to predefine the structure of a Work Order. The system
uses these predefined settings when automatically creating a dispatch
record. Work Orders associated with a specific template gets all the properties
of the settings and structure predefined in the template.

during the creation of work orders. Work order templates
can either be chosen manually when creating a work order or automatically
based on the template related to slack settings. These templates
enable the creation of one or many work orders. They also allow
the template to set default values on the newly created work order rather
than taking the system defaults. Work order properties
such as description, category, employee type, duration, skills, certifications,
work items, etc. can be specified in the template. Your GoServicePro
account manager has created a default work order template for your company. You
may add as many work order templates as required to have the desired variation
in work orders. .
