Slack Settings enable the application to assign optimal Field Engineer to a specific work order. At any point of time, only one slack setting record can be default.
Slack Settings set default values during the creation of work orders. Slack settings are chosen based on the Case Category 1, Case Category 2, Priority, and Severity of the case you are creating the work order for. These settings default the properties of work orders such as color, template, and service offering. Your GoServicePro account manager has created a default slack setting for your company. You may add as many slack settings as required to have the desired variation in work orders.
