Scenarios are used in the automated scheduling process to define the weights of various scheduling factors, scheduling requirements and thresholds.  Your GoServicePro account manager has created a Normal scenario for you.  This scenario sets all scheduling factors equal to each other and does not impose any restrictions on the scheduling process.

Dispatch Advisor provides dispatch scenarios that you define that help the customer support representatives quickly and easily determine the rules the GoServicePro Scheduler Engine uses when searching for the best field engineers.  You prioritize the importance of the criteria based on company-specific business rules.
