Graph Options ribbon group enables you to view the data in various types of graphs and in various palettes. You can also display or hide the title, grid lines or stack.

Graph Type drop down displays the list of different types of Graph models in which you can view the report.

Palette drop down displays the list of different types of palettes in which you can view the graph of any model.

Options menu displays list of options that you can check to display or uncheck to hide in the report that is in graph view.
