The Ribbon Groups available in Service Reports enable you to customize the way you want your report to appear. You can view raw data that make up your report. Also, you can view the report in Map view, Graph view, Gantt View or Cross-Tab view. Once you filter the raw data and customize the layout, you can save the structure using presets.
