Actions ribbon group enables you to create, save, edit, load and print Presets . Once you drag and drop the fields into filters in the OLAP control, the application populates data accordingly from the database onto the Raw Data grid. This filtered data can be saved as a preset so that you can view it again the next time, without having to filter the data again.
Click Print
to print the Report.
After you customize the report with available fields and
filters, you need to save the Preset. Once you click Save
Preset, an XML file is created for
the report structure. Save the XML file to the desired location
in your local machine.
In order to view specific preset, click Load
Preset and browse the XML file. Automatically, you can
see the structure of the report for the XML file.
Click Edit Preset
to save the Preset to the database. Once it is saved successfully,
you can see that the preset is added to the preset list under
its respective Report Object. At the same time, you can also see
that the preset is updated in the Presets
drop down list.
Refresh Data
button enables you to view the report after modifying values in
Date Field and Data Filter drop downs.

Presets drop down displays the list of all the presets that are saved in the database for the Report Object.
Date Field drop down
If the raw data launched in the Raw Data tab has any ‘Date’ type fields, they appear as a list in Date Field drop down. You can filter the report data accordingly.

Date Filter drop down displays list of different types of periods. You can select the desired period of time in order the filter the report data.
