Save Preset enables you to save the XML file to local machine so that you can load it to view whenever possible.
Creating a preset means to create a copy of the predefined settings in the form of an XML file.
Steps:
On the Service Workspace accordion,
in the Service
Reports expander, select the Report Object under which, you
want to create the preset.
In the OLAP control area, drag and drop appropriate fields into appropriate filters according to your requirement. Notice the changes in Graph and Map tabs as you change the filters.
Once your desired report settings are done, on the ribbon bar,
in the Actions group, click Save
Preset.
On the Save As dialog box, name the XML file, browse and save to the desired location.
