Detail View

Cross-Tab report displays output for Row Totals and Column Totals as Sub Totals or Grand Totals. The numerical values represent the number of records for a specific column or row. Right Click the numerical value and you can see the list of all the records in a Detail View pop up window.

Steps:

1. View the report in Cross-Tab.

2. Right-Click on appropriate numerical value in the grid, for which you want to view the details. Detail View pop up window appears.

3. From here, you can also click appropriate hyperlink of an assignment that you want to open from the list.
