By default, when you create employees in GoServicePro, they can access the GoServicePro client based on properties of the employee record and the associated privilege class, commonly referred to as security roles that limits their access to the application. Employees can be assigned work assignments such as Cases, Work Orders, Sub Cases, Part Orders and Tasks. Based on individual skills, employees are assigned skills and certifications.
