The purpose of Notes is to note important points related to the contact, case, work order or part order. Log Notes button enables you to record all the events of Notes that happen between the customer and the business organization.
Steps:
On the ribbon bar, in the Logging group, click Notes button. Log Notes dialog box appears.
Enter appropriate details in all the fields. Enter appropriate text in Notes field.
Click Save and Close.
