Log Activity enables you to record all the activities that happen between customer and organization from the beginning of the Case/ Work Order till date.

Steps:

  1. On the ribbon bar, in the Logging group (for logging activities of Work Order) or in the Case Logging group (for logging activities of Case), click Activity button. Log Activity dialog box appears.

  2. Enter appropriate details in all the fields.

  3. Enter appropriate research notes in few words.

  4. Click Save and Close.
