The purpose of Phone Call is to have personal communication with the customer. Log Phone Call button enables you to log all the phone calls along with date and time stamp.

Steps:

  1. On the ribbon bar, in the Logging group, click Phone Call button. Log PhoneCall dialog box appears.

  2. Enter appropriate details in all the fields.

  3. Set appropriate date and time from date picker and drop down. Enter appropriate text in Notes field.

  4. Click Save and Close.
